90-day comfort guarantee. Wear your Sundown Sole insoles for up to 90 days after delivery. If your feet don't feel better, contact us with your order number and we'll refund the price of your insoles. You don't need to send them back.

Wrong size? Contact us within 90 days and we'll send you a different size for free.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.

How refunds work: refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve them. Shipping is always free, so there is no shipping cost to refund.

One refund per customer: the no-return guarantee covers one order per customer.
