Free tracked shipping to the United States on every order.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: most orders arrive in 8–15 business days after they ship. Busy holiday periods can add a few days.

Tracking: you'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Free gift: orders of 2 or more pairs include a free pair of warm wool insoles. It may arrive in a separate package.

Where we ship: we currently ship to the United States only.

Lost or late package? If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.
